The mission of Young Men and Women For Change is to Educate and Empower young people to become productive and responsible citizens

YMWFC Goals:

1. Reduce the number of youth in the juvenile justice system

2. Reduce the school dropout rate

3. Help the young people recognize and improve their unacceptable behaviors

4. Deliver a comprehensive curriculum, provide tools to challenge and motivate them to strive to be their best

5. Facilitate positive forms of interaction between program participants and staff to develop a strong base of support systems
